I didn't like the book very much. This may be because I'm prejudiced against the topic. I hate the idea of older men preying on younger women. But the style of writing was good. Katya is a young girl who is working as a nanny in a Jersey neighborhood looking after two young children. While there, she meets Marcus Kidder who is a wealthy artist. He catches her window shopping at a lingerie store and tries to buy it for her. But she refuses. Later on, she visits him and is intriguied by him. The end was kind of expected but I didn't like the book mainly for the story line.

Hmm, I just finished reading What I talk about when I talk about running by Murakami, and I found it a good read! I wonder if you would like it?
ohh I will see if I can get hold of it... I've read one of Murakami's books earlier and found it very different
